Under $100	Ground (7 - 21 business days)	$15
Between $100 and $250	Ground (7 - 21 business days)	$25
Over $250	Ground (7 - 21 business days)	FREE!

 

- Orders placed on our website generally ship within 1-2 business days (If for any reason, we are unable to fulfill the order within 48 hours, we will contact you in timely fashion).

- You will receive an email once your package ships. Please note that shipping times may take longer during sales.

- Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds/credits

- For questions regarding the status of your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly, they will be able to help faster than we will. 

Please note – International orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Karine Sultan and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

If your package is being returned to us, as a courtesy, we will ship it out to you a 2nd time at no additional cost. However, if it is being returned to us a 2nd time, upon receiving it back, we will automatically process a refund for your order - please note that the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding. 

All damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
